The Vision

Determined from the outset to respect its exclusive site and to create something truly exceptional, the Design Team involved in this ambitious project involved a combination of the country’s most experienced architects, engineers and construction consultants.

The spectacular insertion of a bold, yet sympathetic new building behind the retained façade is topped with a dramatic flourish – a four-storey glass roof extension with sweeping views across the city and the hills beyond.

Taking inspiration from Victorian railway architecture, the glass and metal domed roof re-invents a rich history of grand Victorian terminus and glass house buildings. The design creates a dramatic statement that harmoniously fuses both contemporary and Victorian architectural styles.

With 130,997 sq ft of space over eleven floors, the developer has created some of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic office space, at the City’s premier address.
